Information we collect when you use the Wayfound Victoria website 

We use Google Analytics to track use of our website. When you visit our website, your web browser sends non-personal information about your computer and how you use our website to our Google Analytics server. This server is hosted on Google’s Cloud Network and is set to the nearest data centre in Sydney, Australia. The following types of non-personal information is being collected by the site:

• Number of site views
• Number of downloads
• Where downloads take place (IP address)

Information we collect when you email us via the ‘Contact Us’ page

We collect the personal information that you choose to send to us via our email inbox. The personal information included in your email and any other subsequent communications to the Wayfinding Inbox is collected by the City of Melbourne (one of the Melbourne Visitor Signage Committee members) in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This information is being collected to respond to your communication to the Signage Committee or any other directly related purpose. Please note that your personal information will not be disclosed to any other external party (including other Committee members) without your consent, unless required or authorised by law. If you wish to access or alter any of the personal information you have supplied, please contact the City of Melbourne via email wayfinding@melbourne.vic.gov.au
